These people will call you on the phone and tell you anything you wanna her just to get your money in the interest of selling you an after market warrenty contract for your vehicle. First they tell you your money will be refunded if your not happy and you can cel anytime you wish but what they dont say is you have to cancel withing 30 days or the intial money of couple hundred bucks is non refundable.
Next they say you can goto any mechanic shop you like or the dealership.Try to find a place other then the dealership to take one of these plans is next to impossible.Then the dealership has to make an evaluation and submit it to them for approval or they wont pay.
If the dealer turns it in wrong or says its a pre exsisting condition forget them paying for it to be reaired or if the warrenty company doesnt believe them as to what all is wrong the wont approve it either and the guy that sells you the contract (Ryan) will say when you finally get to talk to him that they were padding the job trying to do things that dont need to be done. The old rule of thumb is correct one (if its sounds to good to be true it probably is) .This company and there warrenty are a scam and if your smart you wont get talked into a "deal" with them matter of fact when they call dont answer the phone or just hang up on them it will make life easier for you....

Yup, delt with these yahoos too. Too bad they don't live in my neck of the woods, I know how to deal with these kind of parasites.
