US Auto Solutions, Dean Sundrla Dean Sundrla Scamming, Dishonest, Non-compliant, Auto Warranty Scams, VSC Scams Nationwide, Nationwide

I worked for US Auto Solutions for a little over 2 months. I worked directly for Dean Sundrla who is the owner of 10-15 companies all ran out of the same warehouse in Grand Rapids Michigan. He appears to be running multiple scams in several different businesses. He gave the appearance that he wanted to hire me to help make his Warranty Division compliant and get them back on track... I have worked for near 7 years in the auto warranty industry. It became apparent early that this was not a company that I should be doing business with and the Consumers have the right to know the truth. He thinks that he is invisible and can do whatever he wants to do. Beware when buying a contract from this company as the list of scam reports here and on numerous other sites continue to grow.. The customer service for this company consists of one individual who is in charge of doing customer service for all of his companies. I was told by another ex employee who left after myself that there were over 15000 unheard voice mails for customer service. This company is not compliant and will in fact lie to there customers and then lie to cover up lies.. They currently have a F rating with the VPA which is the Vehicle protection Agency who is in charge of lobbying against companies like this and I can only hope that they do there job and put this guy out of business before more people get scammed out of there money. I Ryan Thompson Verify that all of the statements included above are the truth as to the best of my knowledge and I do welcome any inquiry in regards to the practices of this company and its employees.
He refuses to pay me for the work that I did with the company and yet keeps cashing in money from all of the customers that I brought to the company.. He wont pay his employees so dont assume he will ever lift a finger to help the customer. Some advice to consumers who have got to this page by googling US Auto Solutions, It is illegal to tell you that the pricing that you are being offered is a one time offer.
It is also true that these policies do not cost a couple thousand dollars in fact the last I heard he was marking the contracts up near $2,200 per contract. So when they tell you your getting such a great deal your just padding there pockets.
Not all of the sales Reps are crooked and lying to you but I would strongly recomend that you demand a contract in writing mailed to you. When they walk you through contracts online that doesnt mean thats what they put you in... Be smart the finance company only requires 7% down on any of the policies and the big down payments they request again is just to help buy more leads to use your money to further the scam in the event that you cancel. Any unhappy customers that have found this link or page please don't hesitate to email me at You can take action against these scam companies and with enough complaints they will go out of business.
