They said I definitely qualified (I do NOT-my mortgage is not backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) and I was to pay $2,000.00 for the application fee which I did. While getting the information together I had to send paperwork to them in June 2010 but when I called for an address, the phone was never picked up and the mailbox for leaving messages was full. Then I went online and saw that they were a fraud (on scam) and they defrauded many people. Now I understand they are completely out of business.

If a Class Action suit is brought up against USMF or any of its officers, I want to be a part of it.

Profitting from people who are in debt and being taken advantage of is an act of fraud and negligence of itself.
