USA Cash Advance call from middle eastern speaking man claiming i was being charges criminally for not paying back a payday loan that i NEVER recieve

Yesterday i recieved the first call from a middle eastern speaking man who claimed his name was David. he claimed i was a suspect in a criminal case involving check fraud, insufficient funds, and just plain out claiming i got a loan and never paid it back. He had all of my information including my ssn. i admit i did apply for loans but never recieved one due to no job and bad credit. He also had a bank account that realistically was not real. it was a prepaid credit card that had never been used. I called the card company and asked of the activity on the account and the respresentative told me that there had been no activity what so ever. I had never even put on a penny on the card. there were no deposits or attempted withdrawls from the account. The man called meagain this morning threatening me with a blackout on my ssn and my credit report. I attempted to tell him my side but he hung up on me. I have not recieved any written information abot this and i knew it was a scam right away due to the media. My only worry is that it will ruin my credit even further. Please do not use this company and please ignore all phone calls associated with this type of action.
