USPassportnow.com is a deceptive company. Do not use for renewals or passports. They misinform you, you will still have to pay the regular passport fees and send in your old passport with a new picture of yourself, but you are adding their fees of $179.00 on top of that. When you sign up to renew your passport and press continue you do not get to continue nor are you informed that they are not the real USA Passport Government Company. They can help expedite your passport for $179.00 (Passport renewal fee of $49.00, $30.00 for shipping, $49.00 expedited service, $50.00 non refundable processing fee, and $50.00 for a passport Card) then you send the government the regular $140.00 for you passport and another $30 for your passport card if you want one. You do not need this service to get your passport. When you press continue to the next page of uspassportnow.com to continue ordering they just processed your card you do not get to continue anything. They do not send you a receipt or an e-mail, nor will you get a conformation of what you are buying until after they charge you credit card and you have to call them. Please DO NOT Use This Service, just go the Real Government Site and get your passport, my husband got his passport renewed for only $140.00, but did not order the passport card in 2 weeks. I am still waiting after 3 weeks my passport came back because government wanted their money so I had to send them another $140.00 to renew my passport, I did not order the passport card this time which would have only cost me $30.00 more. Their web site looks official, but the customer service is nasty when you call to tell them you never got to finish applying and ask for an e-mail conformation. You only get 24 hours to cancel your reservation but you cannot get back on to finish applying or continue or cancel. This is Web Fraud, which I have never gotten into before and will never do again. I will always go to the official site.
