my bank account was charged a 19.99 fee for sigeing up a account, wich thay are saying was set up in novamber 2010, i did not do this,thay charged my account in december for the account....i have no need for coupons,... pluse i was at blank childrens hospital with my daughter who got diagnosed with epilpsy disorder, she was in there for a long time, we did't even get to have thanksgiving with the hole family. my next door namber was whatching our other to kids, found out she had taken my bank numbers and started chargeing stuff to our account's the bank has been letting me know of what is been going on,,... i called usave coupons and thay stoped my account that she had set up. now i am asking for my money back and the web site thay gave me was( ... i spoke to some person named clarie from there call center, she said that she cancelled my account. hope that this has happend... i live in a verey small towen and have no need for coupons as specially when i have to pay 19.99 a monthe, not worrth it.ok i would like the money back, pluse to make things worse the bank charged me a 10.00 doller fee for them even haveing the wrong account number, my saveings and chacking are verey close and they will not give that back to me till the 19.99 has been retuned back to me. anjali
