I placed an order on Oct. 6th this year and the money was taken out of my acct. the same day. I thought possibly it shipped right away. No such luck. The next week, after trying to contact them with no luck, I filed a report with the BBB in VA. He later responded to them. Told them that my order would ship that week. Ha, that week my butt. I had already accepted his comment to the BBB from him as being acceptable and they closed the report before I knew he was lying. I kept trying to reach him with no luck. Finally in Nov. I called so early that he probably didn't think it would be a customer and he answered. He said he would ship that day. Nothing. The next day I emailed requesting the shipping info. and he replied again saying I would get it that day. Ha, never happened. Now I have filed another report with the BBB saying I will not sign off as acceptable until I either get the uniforms or get my money back if he promises anything. At this point I just want my money back after reading about the bad orders he sent to people that have filed other reports here.

This has been the 1st bad experience I've had from ordering on line. It just goes to show we should research the place we are purchasing from.
