| I paid top dollar for uspassportnow.com 24 hour expediting service and it took 8 days to get my passport. I was given incorrect information about the documentation I had to submit from the "specialist" who was handling my case. This delayed my passport renewal and I had to pay for more documents to be overnighted, another $35. Their courier did not pick up the documents that I sent until a day and a half later.... more delay. My passport was finally processed and it was overnighted to me... but I had to pay an extra $20 because it would have to be delivered on Saturday. Had they done their job correctly, I would have received my passport on Tuesday. I was assigned a "specialist" to handle my renewal. I figured that meant that since I paid top dollar ($300) I would have someone dedicated to my account and someone I could contact if I had questions. Nope. It was impossible to get him on the phone. He did not return messages. You can't even contact your uspassportnow.com specialist via email! When you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they are rude and show zero interest in trying to help you. I asked for a partial refund since I didn't get the service I paid for. No surprise that they were rude to me again and said that the did process the passport in 24 hours. 8 days = 24 hours? I'm disputing it with my credit card company. These are horrible HORRIBLE people. Do not use uspassportnow.com !!! |

| This site--USPASSPORTNOW.COM--is a total scam! I placed my order over the weekend, and couldn't get an acceptance agent appointment until early in the following week. The site neglects to tell you that there is a 14-day federal law that states you cannot hand deliver the passport package if you are not traveling within 14 days, therefore you can't take the passport package from the post office. This is false advertising by USPassportNow.com! After numerous attempts to get my money refunded, after waiting on hold for an aggregate time period of over three hours, due to being hung up on numerous times, the customer service representative couldn't even give me the mailing address of the company. However, after disputing the credit card charges with my bank, my bank provided their billing address for me. It is: 551 NW 77th Street, Suite 200, Boca Raton, FL, 33487. This address is different from their other address, which is suite 204. The simple fact that they would not provide their address over the phone to me, coupled with the fact that the representative was unwilling to connect me with a supervisor, raised a plethora of red flags that this LLC is a scam! Someone needs to file a lawsuit with the attorney general's office to stop this immoral LLC from stealing peoples' money by providing misleading information and false advertising, not to mention the purported claim on their website that they are U.S. State Department approved and nationally accredited. However, a quick search on the better business bureau website reveals that they are not an nationally accredited BBB business, and there are an enormous amount of passport services with similar names operating in the Southern Florida region; I'm guessing they are in collusion under the same bunch of fraudulent scam artists! BBB website lists the operator and owner as: Principal: Mr. David Stock (Director of Operations) and Mr. Marek M Maczynski (Owner). |
