Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Terrible Customer Service, like being interrogated by the Gestapo Maryville, Tennessee

I have been all over the internet and on different complaint boards and it is the same every where against Vanderbilt Mortgage. I dread talking to them on the phone so badly that I won't. They interrogate like the gestapo from the old WW2 movies. I was terminated from my employment in Aug. 2010 because of a disability and have had hell ever since. That is a different story and that comp. has an ADA lawsuit against them. Finally in Feb, of 2011 a woman that had a compassion said that since I had never ask for help before that I could get a extension of Feb. payment as long as I agreed to make a payment by March 1 and I did and made the payment earlier. That extension is being held against me as a late or missed payment. I missed a payment in June and the reason I did I needed food because I am a severe diabetic and I had not had insulin in almost a year and lived on Chocolate milk. Oh I get state help of course and that is a joke, I get 988.00 a month in SSD and 103.00 in food stamps and a house payment of 610.00 a month, that doesn't count utilities and everything else it takes to survive.This piece of junk Double wide sits on property that has been in my family since the 1800's and it is tied in with the loan on this junk that is coming apart in the middle. If they do manage to take it then the joke is on them, it sits at the foot of a slate rock mountain and there is no utility water so I had to have a well dug and it is full of lime and sulfur. They will have to cut another road in because there is only one way in and out and they have to cross my uncles property to cut in and he will not allow it. The right of way is owned by a cousin and my son and they will not let them use it. Property in this area is not selling so they are screwed on that too. The issue is we can do something, I am filing a complaint with Dept. of Financial Institutions and if enough people would stick together we can with TN Attorney General, we can also get a class action attorney and file a suit against Vanderbilt for their collection practices. I thought I would get some help through the Gov. but that was a joke. Save my TN home is for people that can return to work and not on Disability and your mobile home has to be on a permanent foundation. If I could afford to put it on a permanent foundation then I wouldn't need help. I want to know if Kevin Clayton is still CEO of Vanderbilt, if so let us all over run him and Warren Buffet with any correspondence until we get some results. We are victims of this company and it is time we stopped them, not that I don't want to pay my bill just that I need help until I get my other case settled and can pay these crooks off and never deal with them again.
