Vanguard Phones Vanguard Communications Sells ShoreTel Phone Systems Does Not Deliver Internet, Internet

In July 2011, I purchased a ShoreTel phone system from Robert Carlson, doing business as Vanguard Phones and/or Vanguard Communications. After many excuses and delays, by the end of August I had 1 server and 1 phone switch. It is now the end of September, and I still only have these 2 pieces of my phone system. Robert has long ago stopped answering my calls, returning calls, or answering my emails. I am still owed over $2100 in phones and services, plus countless unfulfilled promises.

As I have started searching out equipment from other ShoreTel vendors, I have also run across other people that have either been directly scammed by Robert or know of people that have. Robert Carlson is also known to do business on eBay using the seller names "malibu_phones" or "used_shoretel".

I got scammed with a bad check worth $9, 000 from Robert Carlson. Do not get involved wtih this guy. He's a snake, thief, and a piece of turd. His current address is

I know this since I have been to his house. If you have been scammed by this thief, I encourage you to forge ahead with a lawsuit. This guy is a snake and needs to be brought down. If you need assistance, please let me know. Thanks Richard.
