After recently purchasing card, with cash, I attempted to buy tickets online to see a show at The Improv, through their ticket purchasing website, but my "Transaction Failed" after several attempts! I then learned about V V through this site, and I give up! The Vanilla Visa Prepaid ($100) Visa Gift Card states in the 'Cardholder Agreement' that "Internet, mail, and phone order purchases may require that we have the name and address of the Prepaid Giftcard owner on file. If you wish to make Internet, mail, or phone order purchases, you will need to go to www.vanillavisa.com and enter your name and address prior to performing an Internet, mail, or phone order transaction." Unfortunately, the Vanilla Visa website does not ever have the option to even be able to ever give them your personal information, which is absolutely always a requirement to make these kinds of purchases! And, after checking all available search engine choices given for Vanilla Visa, I now know that the option does not even exist. How can they state in their "Cardholder Agreement" that it is a possibility to be able to make Internet, mail, and/or phone order purchases when it never can be possible?
