We started getting calls at the office asking for the office manager. Here it is standard practice to ask who is calling and what it is in regards. Person refuses to identify themselves and says "I am returning their call". Office manager has no idea who it is, and policy is to get a name first. When we explain this, they hang up. Same number keeps calling us until office manager finally speaks to them. It is a cold call from Vertical Search Works. Our manager says politely no thank you and is curesed out by the person on the phone. They have been calling us and hanging up now. RUDE and unprofessional and likely since they lie and refuse to identify themselves illegal
