Non-Payment for Services Rendered

Did a typesetting job for The NewCom Group in which Victor J. Cipolla is Executive Vice President. Charged them a certain fee, fee was agreed to and payment was broken down into payment arrangements and a contract signed. Victor J. Cipolla paid a certain amount as per contract and then suddenly decided to stop paying so that he could get a custom made engagement ring made for his new fiance at the local Hannoush Jewelers Store. (Which I've got proof of). Victor J. Cipolla is in breach of contract and is paying not because he can't afford it (obvious by the current custom made engagement ring) but because he just doesn't feel like it. We honored our end of the contract by providing the service and doing the job we were contracted to do, we expected him to do the same. We have contacted Mr. Cipolla several times, several different ways and he just refuses to pay because he doesn't feel like it. Now, we have to take him to court to get the money due us.
