My sons car needed a rebuilt engine and Victor had done work on my daughters car and did good work. Victor told me that he would need $500 to start finding out what the car needed and to order parts. This was in June 2010. I gave him the $500. In August 9, 2010 I spoke to Victor and he said that the cost would be total $2500. I told him I would put $1000 in his bank account since he had gone to California for vaction. Victor said the car would take about three weeks to complete. After two weeks I hear nothing from Victor, I call and Text him no response. My daughter then gets in contact with his wife Annette and she says they are still in California and that Victor had ordered parts, but the wrong ones had been sent. September comes and goes Victor still wouldn't return my phone calls.

October I text Victor and tell him if I don't get my sons car, keys and my money back I will be forced to file a legal calim against him, he texts me back "no problem". I then hear nothing from him.

November more lies that he has the engine but his truck broke down and can't get back to Arizona, so I tell him to give me the car and my money back. The car was at his parents house here in Arizona. No response.

On December 4 2010 I go to his parents house with my son and a tow truck I speak with his sister and she informs me that her Father isn't there but she would call him. His sister tells me that his Father says there are parts in the garage that he will get them together and call me when they are ready. After getting the car towed back to my house, Victor calls and claims that he sent the key but they sent them back because the address was wrong. I retext him the address. Later that evening Victor text me and said his father had put the parts on the back of a white truck that was parked in the driveway. I went to pick up the parts. The only new parts that I recieved were Head bolts and a receipt for a $133.65 2 pc rolling tool box that I don't have. The key came on Wednesday December 8 2010. I then texted Victor I now have the car and the key. I want the engine or my money back. NO RESPONSE.

I then learned that Victor and his wife have moved to California and purchased a home.
