SmartChoice Center completed web development and technology upon request, and has not been able to collect any of the $200 terms of payment. Client neglected to pay the first portion of payment due upon receipt 3-8-2010. After multiple attempts to collect and negotiate payment options, US SIGNINGS LLC , principal Notary Agent, and Member of NNA is being removed from our client list, pending the dismantle of all web platforms launched on behalf of above mentioned company.
