They will contact you and promise to rent your getaway weeks, which are not able to be rented. They will either charge you $99 per week and promise that they will rent out within the next year or else they will refund the $99 per week. NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN REFUNDED!!! Either that or they will charge you $1,500.00 and promise to rent the first week in less than 2 weeks for anywhere from $1,000 to $500. Then 2 weeks later they send you a check for $500, saying that this is the proceeds of the first rental. In reality they only make $1000 off of you by basically refunding $500. The $500 check is not from a rental its your money in the first place, nothing ever rents.


DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

If you happen to be one of the suckers that were dumb enough to do this - like we were - can you tell us if you were able to get any refund back at all and if you filed with the attorney general? I'd like some further help on this. I agree it is a scam.
