I thought I was getting 2 free roundtrip tickets to the continental US and a free rental car. I followed all of the directions EXACTLY as they were given. We submitted our dates for travel 60 days and advanced and just recently told there is no availability. I don't understand how- 60 days in advance to and from major airports, there is no availability? We are willing to be flexible with dates- willing to pay a little extra- I just don't understand. It seems like maybe this is standard protocol (especially from what I have read online) for this company? We have never been to New York and were really looking forward to this trip- yet our dates have been rejected. So, so disappointed. They seem to not be willing to work with me at all. I just don't understand. I think I am going to contact the tv station that aired this story and see if they can help.
