I purchased 3 tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra performance at the Pepsi Center in Denver Colorado for December 26th 2011 in the amount of $350.00. They sent me 3 tickets to the Albany New York performance instead. When I called them with the error, instead of taking back the tickets and giving us the tickets in section 146 as we had ordered, they suggested that they would sell us the Denver tickets and take back the Albany tickets on consignment. For a fee they would try and sell them again, however they could not commit to getting us all of our money back, and the tickets they wanted to see us for Denver, well, they were a little more expensive than $350.00. I called VISA and disputed the purchase and filed a complaint with the BBB as well as the attorney general's office.

I am writing to retract this complaint. The company is working with me to resolve this situation. I am not sure how to delete this complaint, but will continue trying. Thanks.
