| On June 28, I ordered from www.wallysell.com an Alienware laptop M17 for $368. They told me I would receive it in 5 days, but it never happened. After 5 days, I contacted them via the chat window that they have on the website and they told my that the laptop was in the "customs" and needed another $184 because the "new regulation". So I sent them the extra money. After that, I contacted them in the same way telling me that they shipped the laptop but to the wrong address. So I have to wait another week for them to receive it from the wrong address and resend it. That was on June 8th. Yesterday, I talked to them online again telling me exactly the same thing, that the laptop was sent to the wrong address and I have to wait another week. I told them that this happened again and they got mad at me and told me that they don't want to do business with me anymore. I asked them to refund my money and they told me that they will do that in 20 days. But I know now that that will not happen, because there are many people that got ripped off just like I did. Probably I will not receive my money back, but at least somebody will try and do something about it. I have all the proof of sending money and emails from them justifying the order confirmation and everything in case you need them. Today, I tried to talk to them on the chat, but they are ignoring me completely. Thank you for taking time to read this email and I hope I will get some answers from you. |

| I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for posting this info on this site, secondly, I feel your pain and feel bad you got kicked in the head real hard the way you did. We are all in a recession and can't afford to be losing our money like that, especially when we have to bust our asses at work for it, so I can appreciate and understand where you are coming from. I was about to purchase some items from them when I just for the hell of it decided to do research on the website itself, found on youtube that these people have created multiple different websites with the same web style format, offering the same insane discounted merchandise, and the same method of payment-Western Union, etc. My concearn here is how is it possible that no government agency here in the U.S. is trying to track these swindlers down and expose their frauds and make them pay the consequences for ripping Americans off. I know that as consumers, we are suppose to be aware of what we are purchasing and where we are purchasing it from, but these people in China seem to be exploiting our innocence and naiiveness to the point that they are probably making millions of dollars out of nothing and yet remain to be unpunished. These scam artists should be found and extradited to the U.S. and put on trial here on American soil in an American Supreme Court to be punished by the American people, thats just my opinion, (but if it were me, I would get all ghetto and take it to the streets, because I'm from Brooklyn, N.Y. & Puerto Rican, and do way worse but I'm gonna leave that to the imagination-I dont want to incriminate myself here online). Well, I would like to thank you for posting your ill fated shopping horror experience with these bastards. Your misfortune saved myself (and plenty other people I'm sure of it) a terrible shopping experience. Take care and good luck trying to track and retrieve your money. |

| i feel sorry for you to..i also got scam by this zwengay liang..i have the proof that i send them 300 us dlls and the same deal that the merchandise was in customs and wanted for me to send em 150 extra for the taxes.and i did send them the 150 but they came bringing stories up that this wont happen no more.the story here is that they played me and would like for them to get busted as well.hope someone does something about this matter and prove to them that they are gona pay hard time for what they do to our hard working americans, they are making us look like idiots buying supossably whole sale to get a better price when they never send the product, everyone .please report it and make a chain to get these scammers |

| It's insane and very curious our government would shut down poker sites like full tilt poker, but when these scam merchandising sites are operating on yahoo and such get complaints yet nothing happens to them. Just really wierd our so-called consumer protections and attorney generals and who ever gets our tax dollars to feed themselves and their families only go after a legitimated poker site but leaves the Nigerians, Chinese, and Hondurans alone. |
