After purchasing an IPOD Touch for our daughter with a extended service plan for how well she handled my year long deployment to IRAQ as a soldier from WALMART.COM...The touch screen developed a crack...go figure...it is a touch screen. Since we had purchased the extended service plan from WALMART.COM, we made all the arrangements and shipped it to LIFETIME SERVICE for repair...to easy!!! They returned the IPOD without doing anything with a generic letter stating the item had PHYSICAL DAMAGE...After speaking with several REPs from the company none of them can explain to us what would be covered on the device....other then to repeat the same statement over and over again....WE DO NOT COVER REPAIRS CAUSED BY ACCIDENTAL OR INTENTIONAL PHYSICAL DAMAGE. ************FROM WALMART.COM WEBSITE************************ We extend and enhance the manufacturer's warranty.
