We Care Claims Management Refused to make good for damages Farmers Branch, Texas

I hired All My Sons Moving and Storage to move me into my new home. They were the most unprofesssional organization I have ever delt with. I have had the same experiences that your RipOff reports have listed and then some. It took me three weeks to get the claim form after refusal by All My Sons of Sarasota Florida. On February 2, 2011 I sent in the form along with pictures of the damage and letters from All My Sons admitting some of the damages. I received a letter dated September 12, 2011, stating I had not sent them the information needed and the claim is now CLOSED. I do not understand how theyb are allowed to operate.

I hired All My Sons Moving and Storage as well, and their thug employees stole my laptop computer right out of my handbag. Followed proper procedure, filed claim with We Care- ha ha - my butt they care. anyway, they told me it would take 45 days to process the claim it has now been 77 days, and haven't received anything. I called We Care, and the rep told me to hold, I waited 17 minutes for her to come back and tell me, she left a message for All My Sons Moving to get an answer.. So basically, my claim sat in their Texas office for the 55 days not being processed. It was only because of my phone inquiry that they contacted the moving company??? What kind of company is THIS???!!! I've filed a complaint with the Attorneys General in both Texas, and Florida- We Care, and All My Sons Movings' state of operation, respectively. Something has to be done about these dispicable companies being allowed to operate with no oversight by any enforcement agency!!! Karma.
