Last week I was the winning bidder on Moonwalk.com from Godady auction hosted by Chris Hales ([email protected]) of Web Dynamics in Toronto Canada who listed this name in multiple domain name sales after market websites for anywhere between $6,500 - $10,000 BIN. Chris Hales had this name listed with a $1,000.00 make offer & $10,000.00 BIN at GoDaddy auctions. I made a $1,200 initial offer via Godaddy to Chris. Chis Hales not satisfied with my offer insisted it was worth more initiated an auction using my $1200 offer as a starting bid amount. In the last hours of the auction last Friday the bidding ended at $1685.00 with myself the winning bidder. My experience in this industry leans towards bidding fraud to pump up the final bid price to raise the final sales amount by the pattern in which I was being bid against. Never the less just speculation on my part I won the name in auction fare and square. Chis Hales after the auction ended initiated payment via an escrow service, Escrow.com instead of Godaddy. I submitted my Escrow payment and have been patiently waiting for my name to be transferred to me. When this morning I received the following email from Godaddy. That Seller has backed out of sale agreement. ####################################

I will seeks means of legal litigation to maintain my ownership of Moonwalk.com, so beware of Chris Hales and if he attempts to sell you this name as well.. be aware of him.
