Wesley Berry Flowers Flower Delivery Express No Delivery; No Refund; No Kidding! Internet

Wesley Berry Flowers have failed to deliver a floral arrangement, but have already charged my VISA account and they will not cancel the order. The delivery is now 4 days late! They will not cancel the order nor will they give a refund. They offered a gift card, which of course, I don't want. Wesley Berry Flowers appear to be in business simply to scam internet users. They attract on search engines by offering on-line "sales." They also present themselves as a nationwide organization such as FTD, but they are a privately owned company in Michigan. I really am not even sure if they have a storefront, or if they are simply an internet scam. Please do not get caught in the scam that Wesley Berry Flowers offers. If you have also been ripped off by them, please report it. Let's put them out of business!!
