West Coast Movers shoddy and destructive packing and shipping Las Vegas, Nevada

This was an all inclusive move, packing, boxes, etc. Wardrobe boxes were not used for hanging clothing, but shoving as many items as possible into the wardrobe destroying clothing. There was permanent damage to wool, silk, and dry clean items. Breakables were not wrapped individually with paper, but 10-12 items with one sheet around them. Some of the furniture was not wrapped, when tape was removed, paint and finishes came off. The company refuses to address the missing and damaged items. The representatives of the company never respond to phone calls or messages in a timely manner or when they promise to. Even though there was a 21 day window for delivery, they had promised a date, then never responded to phone calls when the items were not delivered at the stated date. There was no communication until the day prior to delivery, which was much later than promised.
