I called last month to cancel my subscription. They told me the product had already been shipped and my instructions were to return it to sender and they would refund my card. I did as instructed and never got reimbursed. I called and asked to have my money put back on my card and they said they never received my return so could not reimburse me.
I told them not to ship anymore product as I have lost my job and cannot afford to pay for this.
This morning I checked my bank account only to find out that I have been charged for a second shipment I did not order. There is no phone number or street address, so contacting them is almost impossible.
