Whispering Pines are scammers, I lived there for 4 years was on a month to month for one year. Gave them notice that i was leaving offered to pay rent for the 2 wks they stated that i had to give a 60 day notice even though i gave a 45 day. they had my car towed saying they did not know it was mines and they talked to me plenty of times and it had a sticker on it. The maintance man stay in the office all day and night drinking, smoking, and fighting. they covered up the mold and mildew in my rooms and my child has asthma from this all. I called the main owners and they were no help, there are alot of people that now have them on there credit. I was told i had to be out on the 17th they went on the 15th of Nov and stoled all my stuff and stated that it was trash and charged my credit. they are horrible and they need to be stop. If someone goes thru the books and they will see how many move in then right back out. Don't rent from them.
