Wild Wing Terrible service, only one server working on a saturday night. mississauga, Ontario

Last night my boyfriend and I attended a birthday party for one of our friends at the Cawthra and Lakeshore location. It was a busy night and there were only three staff members working one of which could serve alcohol. Service was scant at best, despite how overwhelmed the one server who could serve us alcohol was (she was doing the best she could) we rarely had the opportunity to order anything at all, and felt an awkward ordering anything when we got the chance to because the server seemed so stressed you couldn't help but feel as though you were adding to her problems. We didn't have a good time and the party was essentially ruined, service stopped at around 12:30 despite still being decently busy because the poor girl didn't seem like she could handle it anymore. We talked to the server and she said that this wasn't out of the ordinary for her to be the only one taking care of everything on a busy night. Needless to say, our entire party agreed that we would not be returning to Wild Wing. Your company seems to pride itself on being a "fun" place or somewhere where you can "get wild" but we had anything but a "wild" time.
