Williams Litigation scam, Fraud, False advertisement, non-respondent, puts the blame elsewhere Internet

Almost a year ago I filed with Williams Litigation for a loan modification. I paid $900. Since then nothing has happened and Ricky Nelson says it is due to mortgage loans being sold and blah, blah. They told me once I applied to quit making mortgage payments, which I did. Now it has been almost a year, they have done nothing for me and I went ahead and made a mortgage payment last month because I am afraid they are going to try and foreclose on me. I told them to give me my $900 back plus interest and he said well we have spent thousands trying to do a modification. I told them I don't care if they spent $10,000, they have not done what I paid them for. I have called a dozen times in the last week and get nothing but an answering machine and no return calls. The company is totally out of line and needs to be sued. They should pay for the mortgages and provide us so called clients a free and clear title. I am disabled and live only on Social Security and what little bit I receive from the military after paying my former spouse. She gets half my military retirement plus alimony so that doesn't leave me a bunch to pay an almost $600 mortgage on a manufactured home which I bought supposedly new in 2009 but it was a 2007 model home. So right off the bat I am sure the depreciation kicked in and it isn't worth nearly what I paid. Like I said I am disabled, have had a heart attack, stroke, I have COPD, Asthma, Enpheysema and so on and this dealing with Williams Litigation has taken a toll on me and my health. They should not be allowed to stay in business and should be liquidated and all the proceeds paid to the customers they have screwed over. They blame it all on mortgages being bought and sold. Well I applied well before any of that started happening. They are just flat no good and should be punished for their false promises. I want all the past mortgage payments I have missed, thanks to them and if feasible they should pay off my mortgage.
