Failure to deliver promised product(s) and/or services. [Anonymous] agreed upon a verbal agreement with Woody's Kitchen's and More, Inc. to trade services. During this trade, [Anonymous] has kept a formal invoice for logging such services and cost(s) included. Repeatedly, Woody's Kitchen's and More, Inc. has promised to deliver the agreed upon trade services after 4 verbal phone calls, text messages, and physical appearance(s) within a span of 3 months, has failed to deliver the promised services to [Anonymous]. [Anonymous] has informed Woody's Kitchen's and More, Inc. on March 30th, 2011 that recurring performed services will be terminated if non-payment is recieved on this date. Woody's Kitchen's and More, Inc. has then again failed to act on this request. Woody's Kitchen's and More, Inc. now owes (in cash) [Anonymous] a dollar amount of $X,XXX USD to pay off (X) delivered invoices and to eliminate any and all debts.
