Wordsmart is a thuggish company that takes advantage of people. They promise them that there is no risk is trying the product; but then refuse to return people's money when the product was not received.

They took advantage of an elderly couple by getting them to purchase the program. When the couple did not receive the program, they tried to contact the company on several occasions and were unable to do so. When they finally got in touch w/ the company, they were treated appallingly. The company refused to give the elderly couple back their money.

It is a disgrace that Alex Trebek is endorsing such a company.

Our products are sent for a 30 day trial period and of course if our products are returned within the trial periods we will refund our customers money. We would not be in business for over a decade if we did not refund for products that are returned.
