Their on-line payment option does not work so I had to call in the order. I placed the order over the phone and never received a copy of the order even though I was told I would. When I checked my credit card statement I noticed they had charged me more than the on-line price. I had to call again (and wait another 15 minutes) to get someone to email me the invoice. Sure enough they had charged me more than the on-line price. I called again (another 15 minutes) and was told that my price was the OLD price and that the lower price was the NEW price! They refused to do anything about it. They said I could return the product but I would have to pay the return shipping. They had already charged me $11.25 in shipping. Do NOT trust these people. I now see why they make sure you have to call in the order, you have no record of what the price you've been charged. I'll also file complaints with the BBB and The Federal Trade Commission.
