I signed up for a 7-day free trial and canceled the same day. My statement shows I was charged $10.95, so I contacted Worthpoint Customer Support to ask about a refund. I was advised that they were "not able" to issue a refund.

This user registered for our service using a promotional code. The promotional offer bypassed our 7 day free trial. This was explained to the intended audience, I assume this user received the promotional code from a third party. Our pricing programs and 7 day free trial are clearly explained on our join page: http://www.worthpoint.com/user2/createStep1

I'm starting to believe that the people running Worthpoint are REAL scammers. I closed my account 6 months ago & they continue to charge my card $9.99 a month. I can't even sign-in because I'm no longer a member. I contacted there customer support & was informed that my E-mail address was not on file, so there was no way that I was still being charged. When presented with a copy of the Paypal charges, they said that the e-mail linked to the Paypal account was not registered. This sounds like BS. How is this possible? They charge my account, but then tell me I'm not on file? All they have to do is follow the Paypal link to the transaction ID. 6 months later after contacting customer support I'm still being charged. This is nuts!!

Im having the same problems I hav turned it into the state, they have confirmed they are violating the usery laws of Michigan, I have got a refund from my CC company.
