| After two years and promise after promise broken, this guy finds excusses why I cannot get my deer mount back. He will not return phone calls or even respond to notes left on his door at his home to call me. I have been threated by his family to leave him alone ande it is people like me who put him in a mental facility in which I was told there was no way I could pick up the deer unfinished at that point after six months. I was then told after the six he would guarentee it in 3 weeks. At that point I was told he was working out of town and he would get it to me. As of here lately I have found out he was working about 2 blocks away from where I work the full time knowing I worked there. I was next told it was done and he just needed to airbrush the nose. 2 months go past and nothing. I then find where he is working since he will not respond to phone calls and nicely confront him telling him im not going to be upset and i dont need the big deposit i put down back just the deer hide and the rack since at this point he goes back and says its not ready it just needs put on the manikin. (Wait last ime he told me it was done??) he agreed to bring the pieces the next day to where he was working and he would call me. Two days go by and nothing! I go to his house and no one turns out to be home. As Im standing there waiting I glance through the shop window and see a hudge tagle of antlers and debris tangled in a big pile on the floor. I see mine as well! This makes me sick to see how many other people are getting ripped off just like me thinking he's working on their deer anxiously waiting on a telephone call saying its ready when He hasn't even began. Not to mention their trophy deer is being treated like garabage with several dogs running loose inside. Now if my rack is laying on the floor in the big tangle how the heck is it ready for the skin to be put on the manikin? No he hasnt even started on it yet after nearly two years! I am outraged and seriously in need of assistance. I am told the police dont want to get involved with helping me get my things back. I would have to take him to court. All I want are my things back unfinished since im out 200 bucks and two years already! |

| Sounds like Christian Wright has got the scamming art done to a science. He's had my nice 8pt mount for 2yrs as well. He has made the same promises and I also gave him a $200.00 deposit. At this point, all I want is to get my deer head/antlers back so I can complete a European Mount. I am sure the deer has been freezer burnt and now the hair will be falling off. Probably won't ever get my deer antlers back and I'm sure my deer is one that is in his livingroom piled up. This guy has hurt alot of people by taking their money (deposits) and not delivering. Not to mention the criminal profile he is building! I will continue to legally fight to make sure this guy gets what he deserves. I also recommend that if you have been duped by Christian Wright Taxidermy then you should prosecute to fullest extent of the law. |

| Lets add another one to the list. We took my sons deer to christian wright last year.(this was his biggest deer so far, he wanted to mount it fir his birthday) About four months ago we called to see where he was at . It took him about three weeks to return the call. It was a text saying he was sick and behind. He said he had the tanning back and would be starting soon. That was four months ago. We have been trying to get him to return our calls and nothing again. We called the game warden, he went to his house, told him we wanted our stuff and we would be calling. We have tried again to get him to return our calls. Nothing! This guy needs to be shut down. Not only is he taking money from people, but deer that cant be replaced. We have been told that his liscence is expired, and he will not be able to get another one. |

| Add two more to the list. He sent out a letter saying his freezer went out and the capes were destroyed and I would need to buy new capes. After purchasing the capes, it would be another year. He has had two deer heads for over two years. I saw him this summer passing out flyers for his wife's new food shop and he told me then they would be done by August. I took a head from this year to another taxidermist in Independence and am picking it up Friday. |
