I went to the website in question which is and purchased an item from their website. I paid for the item using my credit card. They charged my credit card for the item and shipping costs. They claim that they sent out the package and sent me an email with tracking number.


3 weeks afteroriginally placing order, I tried to verify the shipment using the tracking informationthey provided.Postal website only stated that the package left China. I waited for additional 1 week and tried to verify shipment again via tracking number on postal carrier website. No updated shipment information on website.


Contacted au-battery via email (only way to contact them) and requested that they investigate shipment due to delay in receiving package. They responded and stated that they were going to "check into it" and email me when they could get delivery status and to give it a few more days.


I waited another week and still did not receive package. Contacted seller via email and again requested a delivery date as to when to expect the package to be delivered. They again responded and said that the package was being tracked down to find out where it was and to give it few more days.


After a month and a half of waiting I still have not received the package and I requested via email that they refund my money due to length of time to receive item. They responded and said that the shipping company "returned" the item to the shipper and that they will not refund my money until they can verify receiving item back from shipping company.


I have been waiting since the end of November 2010 for either the item to arrive or my money to be refunded and as of todays date 1-11-2011, I still have notreceived my money back. Their only response to my emails is that I have to "wait for them to verify receipt" before they will issue a refund.


I am concerned that I am not going to get my money back from this purchase. If there is something else I can do to get my money back please let me know. I still have all the emails from the seller. Any help you can suggest would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a battery to my Australian address two years ago. They sent me the wrong battery, and I had to go through a long process of communication before they at last was willing to send me a new battery.

The really shocking incident occurred a year later. The battery ceased to work within the 1y warrant, and I was asked to send them the battery and that they would refund my expenses and return a new battery to me. I sent them the battery from my new Norwegian address, clearly marked the parcel with my Norwegian return address and sent them a Norwegian receipt as documentation for my expenses. I waited for months without any response from them, and when asked I was told that they had sent the battery to my old Australian address. They said I had to wait for the battery to be returned by the Australian postal services before they would send me a new one.

Long story short: I have now waited almost one year. I have been corresponding extensively with them in the meantime. Finally, they stopped responding. I believe I have been the victim of a stalling tactic from the person (he calls himself "Stone") behind the website, which never had the intention to solve the issue. The only thing that baffles me is that he has been willing to invest countless hours of his and mine time to swindle me out of around USD 120.

It is also worth noting that two-wayradios.org is another website associated with the man who presents himself as “Stone”.
