i went to this dealership to try to get a car. the salesman i spoke with
on the phone all of a sudden could not be located once i got down
there. so the new salesman i was working with had no idea what he was
talking about. everything we asked him he had to ask again to the guy in
the finance department. after spending over half a day down there i was
finally "approved" for a new car. i went there on a saturday and they
said it would take until monday to get all of the final paperwork
completed from the bank. so they had me add the car to my insurance at
the dealership, sign some paperwork, and put in the paper tags on my car
and congratulate me on my new purchase. but not before they got my
$1500.00 down payment. i was told by the "head of the finance
department" to return on monday to sign my final paperwork. on monday i
return to the dealership only for them to tell me it wasn't ready yet
they would give me a call when it was. four days go by before i got a
call back before they call me to come back. i get there and a new
finance guy comes out and tells me that they need another $1500 down on
the car. i explain that that was not the agreement that we had on the
previous saturday. this man was so rude and so much of an a**. i asked
to speak with the head of the finance department and all of a sudden he
doesn't work there and more. i was treated so rudely by everyone there
from mangement to the lady at the front desk. needless to say i had to
call the police in order the get my orginal deposit back from them. this
place need to be shut down and the people that work there should not be
aloud to have contact with the general public. i am definitly reporting
them to the BBB. do yourself a favor and stay far far far away from
this place.
