I bought an scooter/moped from this company , over one month ago, i was told the MCO (Manufactures Certificate of Origin) would be sent out to me whitin a week, iy has been well over a month, they are not answering their phones and won't reply to my messages, i have tried everything possible to make contact with them, but i havent heard from them. with out the MCO i cant register the scooter/moped which makes it uselless since its sitting in my parking lot for over a month. not fair.

We do not issue titles, we issue Certificate of Origins that allow you to file for a title through your state. We have never refused to send any MCO. The only delay is if you CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS.

Customer was issue an MCO, we know whom this is and they had changed their address when the first MCO was sent. Needless to say it was lost in the mail and now caused a delay. We have straightened it out and the customer now has all legal documentation to use the scooter on public roadways.

well good luck, even riding the scooter, mine broke after one WEEK, and it has been repaired now five times for different problems, I've only had it three months and its been ridin about two weeks out of that, otherwise its been waiting for parts, provenpowersports wont return my calls, emails, or anything and taotaoUSA is useless, when you get someone there they act like they dont understand english, and tell you they are only dealers not makers and cant help you, they cant EVEN tell you where a repair shop is.
and the problems started before I even got the thing, Proven powerstports LOST it in transit, my mother sat at my house for a week waiting for delivery., and they lost it, one day it was in Toledo, then POOF it dissappeared, then it came up missing from the distributer in Detroit, [it was there Friday and its nowhere to be found on monday] Finally they found it, and a special delivery truck had to drive to Ohio to get it and deliver it to me after five days of searching, and lost work, hours. and trouble, it should have been a sign of things to come...
