sell-sky.com Sent me the wrong product, not responding to my e-mails, does not send me back the right product even if it is stated on their web-sites

The story goes like this. I ordered a pair of Ed Hardy Shoes through www.sell-sky.com
After 2 weeks, the product arrived. However, it was a different product and not the one i ordered.
The specific pair of shoes was not even listed on their internet catalogue.
To make matter worse, the specific product was for women and not for men.
Only the size of it was correct!! I tried to contact them via e-mail. After 5-6 e-mails i sent them, they replied to me after 6-7 days.
Although they said how sorry they were, they offered me a refund 20% of the price (since the product they sent me was cheaper obviously) and NOT a replacement of the product with the one i originally ordered. Not to mention that on their web-site it's stated that if someone is NOT satisfied, he/she can easily replace the product or refund the whole ammount of money. Of course, I e-mailed them back asking for the replacement of the product.
It's been a week and still got no reply. DO NOT buy ANYTHING from them. That's the least I can say.
