I placed an order back In October 2010 to the online shoe store Solecrafters - Order No 588 placed on the 10/09/10. It was for two pairs of shoes - Dr Martens - 180b Illusion (sz UK 6 US 8) - $129.00
Dr Martens - 1925 (sz UK 11 US 12) $109.00 It was payed for immediately on Paypal and as yet I have not received the shoes.
As it was an overseas online store I did not make a claim through Paypal in the necessary timeframe as the last time I ordered through this online store it took longer than the 45 day Paypal claim period for the product to arrive. I therefore did not get my money back through Paypal. I know the company are still operating as an online business as they regularly put new products on the site. I have sent at least 12 emails to them and have not had a reponse, I did however make a product enquiry from a different email address and interestingly they responded but after I mentioned the order I did NOT hear from them since. I have also tried to call the number on the website but it just rings out??
