I ordered a veil during their sale expecting some level of quality. I understand it's an amazing sale price, but I received a veil that was half damaged. Most of it was not complete and not even sewn on to the veil. It was also covered in some places in dirt and smelled. If I had known that I would receive a poor quality veil, I would not have ordered one in the first place. I emailed them, but I was told the following: thedresses: because it is on sale just a few days, if it is not onsale, we will check one by one thedresses: because we have to send out many veil every day, so we don't have time check the veil one by one thedresses: if there is quality problem, you can send it back to exchange another one Me: it's suppose to be COMPLETELY SEWN ON TO THE VEIL and not hanging off? thedresses: because the veil is on sale, and our tailor must make many veil every day I CANNOT send it back because the s/h would be enormous for China. Please don't bother with this company.
