The following company/s are trading as 'official' sale sites but it would seem that they are BOGUS traders!!!! I have been caught out going to what i thought was an ' official uggs boots sale - 68% off' this is as it was advertised, the site looked very good there didnt seem to be any obvious signs of it being bogus, i only became suspicious when i received an email from a company called i thought it strange that i should get an email like that rather than a proper order confirmation although my order details were shown here.
On further investigation i became aware that this was a scam site that had already had numerous victims!!!
None of the phone numbers provided either in the uk which is where i am or in the usa were available and the original site that i entered i could not find again on the net!!! The name i was sent via the' sitecomplaint' site that would show on my debit card statement was , i have tried entering this into my computer also but to no avail!! I have emailed the' sitecomplaint' site expressing my concerns but am not expecting to get anything back.
If this report stops someone else from getting caught out it will be worth it!!!
I have tried to include all of the information i have .
I have cancelled my bank card and informed my bank of situation as my card details were entered at payment.

I have also just been caught out in the same way as yourself. I order boots yesterday and have today cancelled my credit card. When I phoned the bank to inform them about this and and try to cancel the transaction I was told that they were aware it was a fraudulent site and they could do nothing about it. I would have to wait 30 days to see if the money was collected by the scammers. They said that some people have received genuine goods and others fakes and some people nothing. If the credit card people are aware this is a fraudylent site why has it not been been closed down? Can't believe I have been caught out in this way I am normally so careful.
