wynns-plus warranty
do not honor contract- ripoff

i have a wynns plus warranty which i purchased about six months ago when i purchased my used vehicle. I started experiencing transmission problems and called wynn's immediately and was told totake it to a transmission shop and have them to contact wynns to have one of wynn's inspectors to come out and inspect my car. The transmission shop is stating that my transmission cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. A used transmission costs about 2950 and labor and cost for breaking down the car totals about 6000. Wynns only agrees to pay 3400 even though my transmission is covered under the warranty which leaves me to have to come up with the rest. I live on fixed income from month to month and do not have that kind of money.. So now I am left without a car and a bill of 1500 in order for the transmission shop to put my car back together and not be in working order to drive. The wynns warranty refuses to give any money to transmission shop for breaking down or putting it back together. Wynns should not be allowed to continue ripping off innocent people.
