Found the site to appear to be like an "Ebay" When joined was startled to find out that my card would be charged $75.00 for a certain number of bids. Instructions were difficult to understand. Hard to win anything. Even if you don't win, you lose the bids that you had when you were charged. Contacted customer service via email because they don't give you a number to call. They take numerous days to get back to you via email then they tell you that they will help you but they have to call you over the phone. This took a couple of days of waiting. The lady on the phone stated that I would get a refund. They send an email stated that I will not get a full refund, I will get only a partial refund because I used some of the bids. Mind you, I never won anything!. I'm out $62.00.
