XHEO do not honor their money back guarantee and their pricing is designed in such way so they can charge you for each time you need to get a bug in their software fixed. The software DeployLX comes with 90 days limited updates. If there is a bug in their software, and there are plenty, you cannot download update after the 90 days unless you fork out additional $390 or more. I was unhappy with the software and asked for a bug fix for specific blocking bug but the owner Paul Alexander refused. At this point I was going to get a chargeback - after all I have paid more than $1000 for a software that stopped working properly after 4 months. Paul Alexander however threatened me that if I do that he will remotely disable all of the software we've sold to our customers with DeployLX protection embedded. At this point I had no choice but to suck it up and let him win. I have to agree with this post. My client purchased this DeployLX about a year ago and it has a been a complete nightmare to deal with. Their software is full of bugs, the exceptions make no sense and the support is terrible. We had to cancel the support contract because it was difficult to get any type of support. I've had my run-ins with Paul Alexander and he came off as an arrogant idiot, which became the final straw and cause of my recommendation to not continue business with Xheo.
