XitStrategies Consulting, LLC, Green Bash, LLC nor XitMobile, LLC has not now, nor have any of the entities mentioned ever been investigated by any federal or state securities regulatory agency. On or about December 12, 2012, Maurice Nelson Jr, in a desperate attempt to extort money.

Maurice Nelson Jr posted on RipoffReport.com several fabricated, slanderous, and historically distorted statements concerning XitStrategies Consulting, LLC, Green Bash, LLC, XitMobile, LLC and Michael Jones. The company plans to seeks legal remedies against Mr. Nelson, Jr. in court. A lawsuit will be initiated against Maurice Nelson to address his libelous statements and fraudulent claims pertaining to XitStrategies, LLC, Green Bash, LLC, XitMobile, LLC and Michael Jones.

Maurice Nelson Jr. altered and fabricated an arbitration that occurred more than seven years ago, that involved in an investor of Mr. Jones, who changed his mind about making an investment. The matter is on the public record on the FINRA website. Maurice Nelson, due to the unfortunate challenges he has faced in his life, all of which are exacerbated by some possible emotional and psychological shortcomings, has chosen to take out his frustrations by lashing out, printing libelous and/or making fabricated slanderous statements, and trying to extort money from honest, hardworking individuals, take heed to the following:

Maurice Nelson was paid a consulting fee on a consistent basis. Maurice Nelson has not been able to maintain a job, with anyone, for the past five (5) years.
