STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting for 6 months for a resolution to our overcharges, all i get is the run arround and a promise to have it resolved in the next billing cycle. I asked to have some of our lines disconnected in December 2010 and at the end of May 2011 I'm still getting the same excuse that "we are looking into it". Empty promises and horrible customer service! Unless you have money to dump down the drain or infinite patience dealing with impotent customer service reps stay clear of this company!! BEWARE Customer Ticket # 57140** and #5720**

I too have been completely ripped off by this company. Beware of their Evergreen clause, which doesn't appear in their contracts--it appears on the billing, and then only the mailed billing, not the online billing. Anyway it requires 45 days advance notice to keep the contract from automatically renewing. (Beware, it should be in writing, as they have some of the most incompetent staffing around. ) Also, notice sent in at least 45 days in advance that you do not want to renew does not mean disconnecting the serivce. Unless you also send them disconnect notice at least 45 days in advance, they will bill you for an additional 45 days prior to disconnecting the service, and they will not disconnect their service for 45 days, just so they can collect another 45 days of service billing from you. Then the same old sad run around others get. Don't pay and we will turn you over to collections.

My advice, RUN as fast away from any offers they make you as you can, and don't ever consider this company for any type of service. they are a huge rip off, I have found out $4, 500 later.
