this company will take your money then disappear if you have problems or need to return their crap product. horrible cust service. they refuse to accept any returns .they refuse to answer the phone. total scam . dont spend your money here . they are also in bed with privacy link products. if you buy any products from them and have problems to cause a return then they will ignore your calls .

The product left our facility in perfect condition. According to the freight company, the product was not damaged when the customer received it. Saia, the freight company verified that the customer picked up the product from the terminal on his own trailer. When the product left the freight terminal the product was in perfect condition. The freight company said the product was not damaged when the customer picked it up. The bill of lading did not have any report of damaged product. The customer sent us pictures and out of the 400 feet of fence only 10 feet was damaged. At our own expense, we offered to send replacement product at no charge but the customer refused. The customer knew the product was a custom order and that it could not be returned. We return all phone calls but the customer’s tone of voice and the language he used was very disgusting. After a few phone calls, we told him that all communication must be done by email. We wanted everything in writing. Our company was not rude; we have all calls recorded and emails documented to verify this. Our company was very professional and very kind.
