yussupov benton foundation jacon yussupov benton FRAUDSTER PARADING AS A ROYAL. CON ARTIST WITH A BOGUS FOUNDATION COMMITS REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS F
17th of Nov, 2011 by User257324
Mr. Jacon Yussupov Benton aka Jason Benton, and a few hundred other aliases is currently using the social security number of a deceased man. He is wanted in Scotland for posing as a potential buyer of the Yester House, in which he ran from the castle before Scotland Yard could take him into custody. In Los Angeles California, he has the same habits of posing as a potential buyer of an estate (10-15m), and somehow gets himself invited to stay in the homes, pretending he will pay cash for it, but is waiting for 300million to be transferred to an offshore account from the "foundation", which is supposedly an art foundation. He claims he is related to Giancarlo Menotti, who gave him the Yester Castle to share with the real owner, Frances Menotti; and that he is half russian and half moroccan, from royalty on both sides. All of which are not true. He was written about 10 years ago by a traveller in Europe for borrowing funds and promises of royal treatment. He is still doing the same thing. I was introduced to Jason as the exotic "Jacon", a flamboyantly gay "royal", and an interested party to invest in my company. He offered a 2 million dollar investment. After waiting for checks over and over to arrive via wire transfers on the agreed upon delivery dates, I did more due diligence on Mr. Benton and called the agent of the Yester House, who filled me in on his fraudulent behavior in Scotland, trying to scam Mr. Menotti out of his house by promising him millions for a museum in his fathers name. He also posed an art foundation for a Hollywood celebrity family member, and promised to invest in a college fund, which he did not. Meanwhile, he was sleeping on their couch in Malibu. When i met Mr. Benton, he was staying at a man named Chip Wayans house, which both he and Mr. Wayan confirmed was his, as he had just "purchased" it in cash for 12 million dollars. As it turns out, Mr. Benton had been in the house 160 days without payment and Mr. Wayans was concerned about it according to a dinner conversation with a colleague. It is my understanding that even though Mr. Wayans has been made aware of the fraudulent activity engaged in by Mr. Benton, he is still allowing him to stay in the house together with him. Of this i can only say Mr. Wayans behavior is questionable, given the facts discovered about Mr. Benton. It is my guess that Mr. Benton is not only guilty of fraud and identity theft, but also of white collar crime and real estate crimes. I served restraining orders against both George and Mr. Benton at both addresses, but Mr. Wayans covered for him and said that he was not living there "at the moment". Private investigators have turned up a slew of evidence on Mr. Benton concerning social security fraud/identity theft, and the like, but Mr. Benton remains on the loose. Mr. Benton withheld merchandise from my company, and his boyfriend George threatened to kill me in a jealous fit of rage of a supposed "bentley" promised to the boyfriend for converting to homosexuality i suppose, and because he felt threatened that he would not get what is do if Mr. Benton delivered the money that was due. Mr. Benton is a psychological thriller in and of himself. He is a pervasive narcissist, and an incredible manipulator. His story is plausible, but entirely false. Mr. Benton promises something to everyone he meets, and then pits them against each other so that their focus will be on each other. He uses these dangled carrots and direct promises of business to control people and gain entries into worlds he does otherwise have access to. Once in your world, he will screw up your life until you file a restraining order (which he will run from). A dark haired, big toothed, elegant dressed man with a seemingly calm character, standing 6'4, Mr. Benton is a a pathological liar, and addicted to Cocaine. He sometimes wears a fashionable turban and carries a luxury bag, usually a Dior womens handbag. Mr. Benton is originally from New Jersey, and grew up in Claremont, California, but speaks with a very strong upperclass English accent because it fits with his story that his parents migrated to England.
