Consumer reviews and reports on scam companies, bad products and services
Z-Comm, Z-Comm Communications Product Issues - The product I purchased was defective Arlington, Texas
24th of Apr, 2013 by User601215
Z-Comm Communications does not have a warranty/guarantee policy. The owner of this business is interested in making money, and if that means selling defective items then so be it. He scams people by selling defective products and expecting the customer to pay for therepairs. This business is also quick to point fingers, and the fingers seem to point only at the customer. Customer service is poor and needs modification. While at Z-Comm, I was not given the chance to explain my needs and I wasconstantly interrupted by the salesperson. The product information that I was given was wrong and it seems the owner has no knowledge of his products. Not knowing one's product gives way for over charging a customer.Prices are lower than the competitor next door, Entertainmart. However, lack of warranty/guarantee on an item means bad business.
