ZappGum Zapp provided poor service for years and now has ripped me off and won't responed to my e-mails Irvine, California

Zapp has been providing poor service for years but I liked their gum so much I tolerated it. They took so long to send my orders. I kept running out so I did a double order and they acceptedmy moneybut refused to send my product and they will not responed to my e-mails and their phone seems to be out of service. I thought maybe they were going out of bussiness but they continue to advertise theirproducts. Stay away from them they are trouble

I've been trying to warn people about this company for awhile. Sorry to hear you got ripped off. Their principle, Matt Willer, is a crook and owes a lot of people a lot of money. They used to have a Facebook site but there were so many people on there complaining about ordering products and never receiving them that they finally took the site down. The bottom line is that they are taking in money and not shipping products and it's been going on for close to a year now.
