A scam product that degrades iMac performance

Does anyone else who got suckered into buying downloading MacKeeper figured out how to regain the lost processor speed/performance that this bogus cleanup program causes on an i3 iMac? I trashed MacKeeper and its installer, but obviously that [irreparable] damage has been done.

Hey MacKeeper is ok! Never had any issues with it well sometimes the update tracker gets a little "confused" and that is all.
Guys from ZeoBit (MacKeeper developers) were at MacWorld 2012 presenting new product - MacKeeper 2012, and had a pritty impressive booth. I really do not think that Apple allows scam to the expo. Furthemore they were the official sponsors of the event. I was there and can tell that they did a great job.
Here you can see for yourself, ZeoBit has an official youtube channel ( http://www.youtube.com/user/MacKeeperTV/featured ) where you can find some interviews with bunch of cool people from apple comunity that actually use MacKeeper like Dave Hamilton Rod Roddenberry etc. and regular users that review the software. Also you can find some tutorials there which can help you to cruse through the soft if you had any problems.
And dude, I mean they have a 24/7 support and a 365 day refund policy, that means that they must be pritty sure about what they are doing and what kind of software they release. Are you sure that you were actually using the right software?
